You won't want to leave Treetops Lodge! Aptly named, this newly built lodge, which sleeps 14, sits at the top of a ravine in the treetops. Take in the view from the wrap-around covered porch on the main level while enjoying the outdoor wood-burning stone fireplace or the private hot tub. You might also enjoy the sights from an upstairs bedroom balcony or from the downstairs pool table room or bedroom with access to the lower level deck. Stepping inside, the cathedral ceiling, stone fireplace, live wood columns, and chef's kitchen complete with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and island with a stone and live edge wood bar make the great room a beautiful view to behold as well. Your group will sleep comfortably in 5 private bedrooms and sleeping loft. Rates are based on 12 guests and up to 2 additional guests are $25.00 per person per night plus tax.
The fabulous Family Fun Barn comes FREE with the rental of the luxurious lodge. This old barn has been completely renovated for your enjoyment. The fun doesn't stop just because the sun goes down or due to inclement weather. Even though you're staying 5 minutes to Old Man's Cave, 6 minutes to Cedar Falls, and 11 minutes to Ash Cave, your group might hope for rain just to play all day in the Family Fun Barn! Relax in the sauna or covered hot tub. Reservation Requirements:
- Minimum Booking Age: 25 years old.
- Identification & Contact Info: A valid government-issued ID and full contact details are required.
- Guest Presence: The person booking must be present at check-in and for the duration of the stay.
- Renter Agreement: Guests must sign our Renter Agreement and upload a matching ID and credit card within 24 hours of booking.
- Matching Info Required: The reservation name, ID, and credit card must all match.
House Rules
- No Smoking or Vaping inside property
- No Pets allowed
- No Parties or large gatherings
- No Additional Guests: Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed, with no exceptions due to insurance and local laws.
- Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 10:00 AM (strictly enforced)
Rates & Fees
- Standard Rate: $1450 per night for up to 12 guests.
- Additional Guests: $25 per person, per night.
Payments & Deposits
- Reservation Deposit: 50% due at the time of booking.
- Final Balance: Automatically charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- Damage Deposit: A refundable $500 hold placed on your credit card 3 days before arrival. Released within 3 days after checkout if no damages or violations occur.
