Lake Haven - The Water’s Edge Of Lake Erie!
One of Lake Erie's most Premier Vacation properties! Leave your stress at the door, Lake Haven is all about relaxing! This home is a true shoreline gem tucked away on a private street. Come out to the deck at the waters edge to experience the beauty of our favorite Great Lake! Enjoy panoramic sunsets and lighthouse views from most rooms and the deck. Light & bright kitchen with quartz counters & island. Everything you need to make fabulous meals! There’s a pool table, TV, and a 60 game arcade machine in the basement to enjoy. We are 1/2 mile to Lakeview park with a swimming beach & fishing available. Downtown offers Friday night concerts in the pavilion during the summer.
There is a deck overlooking the lake however the steps down to the waters edge is posted off limits so direct access is not available. Parking is limited to 4 car maximum, offering 2 spots in the driveway and 2 on the street. There is internet but no guarantees of service.

- Exterior security cameras are in use at this property at the parking area
- NoiseAware (a 100% privacy compliant decibel monitoring sensor) 1 is located in main gathering area and 1 is on exterior

Reservation Requirements:
- Minimum Booking Age: 25 years old.
- Identification & Contact Info: A valid government-issued ID and full contact details are required.
- Guest Presence: The person booking must be present at check-in and for the duration of the stay.
- Renter Agreement: Guests must sign our Renter Agreement and upload a matching ID and credit card within 24 hours of booking.
- Matching Info Required: The reservation name, ID, and credit card must all match.
House Rules
- No Smoking or Vaping inside property
- No Pets allowed
- No Parties or large gatherings
- No Additional Guests: Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed, with no exceptions due to insurance and local laws.
- Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 10:00 AM (strictly enforced)
Rates & Fees
- Standard Rate: $1600 per night for up to 12 guests.
- Additional Guests: $25 per person, per night.
Payments & Deposits
- Reservation Deposit: 50% due at the time of booking.
- Final Balance: Automatically charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- Damage Deposit: A refundable $500 hold placed on your credit card 3 days before arrival. Released within 3 days after checkout if no damages or violations occur.
