Hilltop Retreat (5 BR + sleeps 4 in rec room) Saltwater Heated Indoor Pool
Hilltop Retreat sits 1200 feet off the road in secluded setting atop a hill with over 20 acres to hike on. There's 6,200 square feet of luxury accommodations along with a spacious deck overlooking the tree lined hillside. You'll wish your stay was longer to enjoy all this lodge has to offer.
Relax, play, or exercise in the indoor saltwater pool in the attached pool house. Open up the sliding glass doors in the warm months to get the feeling of being outdoors-no sunscreen required! Or sunbathe on the attached deck overlooking the pond. When the sun sets, cozy up to the fire ring or play pool, ping pong, shuffleboard, air hockey or play on the 60 game arcade machine in the large game room. There is a pond but it has not filled completely yet.
The driveway is pretty steep on this property. A four wheel drive or front wheel drive vehicle is needed during snowy months.

Reservation Requirements:
- Minimum Booking Age: 25 years old.
- Identification & Contact Info: A valid government-issued ID and full contact details are required.
- Guest Presence: The person booking must be present at check-in and for the duration of the stay.
- Renter Agreement: Guests must sign our Renter Agreement and upload a matching ID and credit card within 24 hours of booking.
- Matching Info Required: The reservation name, ID, and credit card must all match.
House Rules
- No Smoking or Vaping inside property
- No Pets allowed
- No Parties or large gatherings
- No Additional Guests: Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed, with no exceptions due to insurance and local laws.
- Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 10:00 AM (strictly enforced)
Rates & Fees
- Standard Rate: $2200 per night for up to 20 guests.
- Additional Guests: $25 per person, per night.
Payments & Deposits
- Reservation Deposit: 50% due at the time of booking.
- Final Balance: Automatically charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- Damage Deposit: A refundable $750 hold placed on your credit card 3 days before arrival. Released within 3 days after checkout if no damages or violations occur.
