We love old churches & would rather repurpose than let them fall into disrepair, welcome to the Dragonfly!
Two identical king en-suite bedrooms, & a loft with 6 extra long twin beds which could also be rearranged to make 3 kings. A half bath on the main floor. Located less than 40 min to Old Man’s cave OR downtown Columbus which makes this a unique getaway option :)

Exterior security cameras are in use at this property at parking area. There is a cemetery on the neighboring property to the right and directly across the road.

Reservation Requirements:
- Minimum Booking Age: 25 years old.
- Identification & Contact Info: A valid government-issued ID and full contact details are required.
- Guest Presence: The person booking must be present at check-in and for the duration of the stay.
- Renter Agreement: Guests must sign our Renter Agreement and upload a matching ID and credit card within 24 hours of booking.
- Matching Info Required: The reservation name, ID, and credit card must all match.
House Rules
- No Smoking or Vaping inside property
- No Pets allowed
- No Parties or large gatherings
- No Additional Guests: Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed, with no exceptions due to insurance and local laws.
- Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 10:00 AM (strictly enforced)
Rates & Fees
- Standard Rate: $600 per night for up to 6 guests.
- Additional Guests: $25 per person, per night.
Payments & Deposits
- Reservation Deposit: 50% due at the time of booking.
- Final Balance: Automatically charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- Damage Deposit: A refundable $300 hold placed on your credit card 3 days before arrival. Released within 3 days after checkout if no damages or violations occur.
