This building has a vast history having hosted many social functions over the years. The Grange organization focused on family and agriculture. We decided with our love of old buildings to put a fresh face on it for you to socialize with your friends & family in the future. We hope you love it as much as we do!
Two king bedrooms with en-suite baths plus a twin over full bunk bed makes this the perfect size for 2 couples & kids. Leather furniture in the great room with a 75” TV, Large TV in each bedroom. Well stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Washer and dryer for your use. Enjoy the fresh air from the large covered patio overlooking the countryside. There’s a large yard and a firepit for your outdoor gatherings. Exterior security cameras are in use at this property at the parking area. Pet friendly.

Reservation Requirements:
- Minimum Booking Age: 25 years old.
- Identification & Contact Info: A valid government-issued ID and full contact details are required.
- Guest Presence: The person booking must be present at check-in and for the duration of the stay.
- Renter Agreement: Guests must sign our Renter Agreement and upload a matching ID and credit card within 24 hours of booking.
- Matching Info Required: The reservation name, ID, and credit card must all match.
House Rules
- No Smoking or Vaping inside property
- No Parties or large gatherings
- No Additional Guests: Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed, with no exceptions due to insurance and local laws.
- Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 10:00 AM (strictly enforced)
Rates & Fees
- Standard Rate: $625 per night for up to 6 guests.
- Additional Guests: $25 per person, per night.
- Pet Policy: Pet-friendly with a fee of $30 + tax per pet, per night (max 3 pets).
Payments & Deposits
- Reservation Deposit: 50% due at the time of booking.
- Final Balance: Automatically charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- Damage Deposit: A refundable $300 hold placed on your credit card 3 days before arrival. Released within 3 days after checkout if no damages or violations occur.
